Buy as many licences as you have live accounts: bought together, they cost less per account than one at a time. You choose which accounts by adding their numbers in your account. Demo accounts have a separate allowance and do not use up a licence; our support team adds them for you on request, and each one works for six months.

Yes. Every Expert Advisor on sale has a “Rent for 1 year” option at half the price of one licence: one live account and one demo account for a year. Renew it from your Licences page, or buy a licence of your own when you are ready.

Yes. Release the old account on the Licences page and add the new one. You can change the live account in use twice in the licence’s life, at most once every 30 days; after that, send a support request.

No. Every licence includes demo accounts, so you can run the Expert Advisor on a demo account for up to six months before you trade it live, and you can ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase. To try it for longer on your own account first, rent it for a year at half the price of one licence.

Yes, on a computer where it has been authorised on a chart in the last few days.

The Expert Advisor carries a short authorisation and keeps trading on it while it retries. If our server were unreachable for longer than that, it would stop opening new trades and keep managing the open ones. It never closes trades because of a licence problem.

No Expert Advisor can. Each one follows fixed rules that are described on its page, and you can run it on a demo account for up to six months before you trade it live. See the risk disclosure.

No. The Expert Advisor runs in your own MetaTrader, on your own account, with your own broker. We never have access to your account or your funds.

No. This site sells its own edition, licensed as described here. A purchase here does not include a Market copy, and a Market purchase does not include a licence here.

No. K3Bxn Expert Advisors run on MetaTrader 5, and K3Bxn News Scalp on MetaTrader 4 as well. Each Expert Advisor’s page says which platform it runs on.

No. New versions of your Expert Advisor are included for as long as your licence is active. They appear under My account > Licences, ready to download.

Yes. Card and PayPal payments are taken by the payment provider over an encrypted connection, and we never see your card details. Before a licence is issued, our licensing service checks the payment with the provider itself.

A licence appears under My account > Licences as soon as the payment is confirmed. A bank transfer waits until we see the money arrive. If a card or PayPal payment is not there within an hour, send a support request with your order number.

Yes, within 7 days of your purchase. Send a support request from your account with your order number. When an order is refunded, its licence ends. The money goes back the way you paid; to a card or PayPal account it usually shows within 5 to 10 working days. Trading results are not a reason for a refund after the seven days. The licence key, the account number, the broker server name, whether the account is live or demo, and the Expert Advisor’s version. No balance, trades or passwords. See the privacy page.
