This policy explains what personal data K3Bxn collects when you visit this site, buy an Expert Advisor and use it, why, who receives it and what you can ask us to do with it.
Your name, e-mail address, orders, licences, and the trading account numbers you add.
Your licence key, account number, broker server, live or demo, and its version. Nothing else.
Card details, your broker password, your balance or your trades.
Who we are
K3Bxn FinTech Solutions (“K3Bxn”, “we”) decides how your data is used and is responsible for it. Questions about your data: send a support request (section 13).

What the Expert Advisor sends
Each time it confirms its licence: the licence key, the trading account number, the broker server name, whether the account is live or demo, and its own version. It sends nothing about your balance, your trades, your broker password or your computer.
What we never collect
- Card details. Payments are taken by the payment provider; we receive a confirmation and a reference.
- Your broker password, and anything about your trades or balance.
- Your licence key in readable form. It is shown to you once and kept only in a form that cannot be read back.
Who receives your data
We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the companies that run parts of the service for us, each only for that purpose:

We also give data to authorities when the law requires it, and to our professional advisers, such as accountants, who keep it confidential.
Data sent abroad
Some of these companies may handle data in other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses approved for such transfers.

Your rights
Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
Change your details in My account, or ask us to.
Ask us to delete your account. Your licences then end, and your e-mail and account numbers are removed from the licensing server.
You may also object to, or ask us to limit, how we use your data, and ask for it in a form you can take elsewhere. Send a support request: we answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the data protection authority of your country.

No advertising, analytics or tracking cookies are used. The live price strip is loaded from TradingView by your browser, which shows TradingView your IP address and the page you are on; it is not shown on the cart, the checkout or your account pages.
How we protect it
The site and the licensing service are used only over encrypted connections. Passwords and licence keys are stored in a form that cannot be read back, sign-in attempts are limited, and the licensing service asks its administrators for a second step at every sign-in.
Children
The site and the software are not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and we tell you by e-mail about a change that matters.
